"Gazpacho" with peach and mango

We were inspired by the Seville Fair to recomend you this dessert, a "gazpacho" of peach and mango.

It is made up of peach in syrup, fresh mango, with sugar, a pinch of salt, a few drops of vinegar, and a dash of oil and syrup of the peach.
