Drink for hiking

When do hiking takes at least one and a half liter of water or sports drinks, and Hydrate!, do not wait until you're thirsty to drink, do it from time to time (e.g. every half hour).

Although sports drinks are most recommended, we always take fresh water with a little sugar and ice cubes of lemon juice, since those maintain the water temperature.

When choosing canteen, it is preferable to have one which maintains the temperature. You can find metal canteens, others covered by an isothermal case, or just an isothermal case for standard water bottles.
