Our drink
to enjoy a delicious King cake, at the Epiphany, is a hot chocolate.
If you have
a chocolate shop near you, we recommend you a warm one, but if not, you can
also make it at home, it is very easy.
You need:
1 square of
black chocolate for desserts
½ litter of
milk
Pour the
milk in a pot and add the chocolate cut into pieces, then heat the mixture
until the chocolate is completely dissolve.
Finally bring the hot chocolate to
a boil and turn off the heat as soon as it starts bubbling.
If you like
the thicker chocolate you can also add a little cornstarch up to desired
thickness. And if you prefer a soft chocolate, add milk.
